Abstract:
In order to screen the passivation materials suitable for the treatment of the paddy fields with moderate and mild Pb-Hg compound pollution, the soil of paddy fields with Pb-Hg compound pollution was taken as the research object, and seven kinds of soil conditioners with good application effects on the market were selected to study the effects of different soil conditioners on the soil pH, organic matter, cation exchange capacity (CEC), heavy metal available lead (DTPA-Pb) content, Pb and Hg content in brown rice and the rice yield. The results showed that all the seven soil conditioners could increase the soil pH value, among which Chuge increased the most (being 13.29%). Weidikang, Nuodikang, the iron-based biochar, Tianxiang No.1 and Chuge could significantly increase the soil CEC value, among which Weidikang had the largest increase (being 10.99%). Nuodikang and the iron-based biochar could significantly increase the soil organic matter; Except for the iron-based biochar, the other soil conditioners all significantly reduced the DTPA-Pb content in soil. All the seven soil conditioners could significantly reduce the contents of Pb and Hg in brown rice, and significantly increase the rice yield, with an increase of 4.58% to 21.69%, among which the iron-based biochar had the best yield-increasing effect (being 1 737.04 kg·hm
-2). In summary, the iron-based biochar had the best effect on reducing the availability of Pb in soil and the content of Pb and Hg in brown rice, and improving the yield of rice by increasing the content of soil organic matter, improving the soil fertilizer retention, water retention and buffering capacity. Therefore, it was suitable for the soil treatment of paddy fields with poor soil fertilizer retention, water retention capacity and Pb-Hg compound pollution.
