Abstract:
A method was developed for the determination of 18 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in 7 kinds of pungent vegetables by QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. By taking 7 kinds of pungent vegetables as the materials, the conditions of extractant, mass spectrometry and purifying agent were selected to determine the extraction and detection methods for 18 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in 7 kinds of pungent vegetables. The results showed that 18 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides had good linearity in the range of 0.05-2.00 mg·L
-1 (
r2>0.99) when the acetonitrile was used as the extractant, and the dosage of PSA & GCB was 100 mg and 10 mg, respectively. The average recoveries at three supplemental levels of 0.05, 0.10 and 0.50 mg·kg
-1 were in the range of 61.25%-119.68%. The relative standard deviations (RSD,
n=6) were less than 5.0%, and the limits of quantitation (signal-to-noise ratio≥10) were less than 0.01 mg·kg
-1. The method was rapid, efficient, simple, economical and reliable, which could be used to determine 18 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in 7 kinds of pungent vegetables.
