Abstract:
In order to explore the chemical control of the plant type dwarfing of hybrid
Cymbidium, the hybrid
Cymbidium Ziyanshi and its leaf art variety Fuyunxishi were used as the materials. By spraying the plant growth regulators such as paclobutrazol (PP
333), uniconazole (S3307) and chlorocholine chloride (CCC), the plant height, plant width, new bud height and new bud width after spraying the plant growth regulators were compared and analyzed, and the best plant growth regulators and concentrations for controlling the plant type dwarfing of Ziyanshi and Fuyunxishi were selected. The results showed that spraying the three plant growth regulators could control the plant type dwarfing of hybrid
Cymbidium to a certain extent. From the overall dwarfing effect of the plant type of Ziyanshi, the effect of uniconazole was better than that of paclobutrazol and chlorocholine chloride, among which 150 mg·L
-1 and 200 mg·L
-1 uniconazole had the most significant effect. From the overall dwarfing effect of the plant type of Fuyunxishi, 200 mg·L
-1 uniconazole and 2 000 mg·L
-1 chlorocholine chloride were the better choice.
