复合微生物肥料对桉树生长和土壤微生态的影响

    Effects of the Compound Microbial Fertilizers on Eucalyptus Growth and Soil Microecology

    • 摘要: 为实现化肥减量化和生态营林提供新型肥料,改善桉树林地土壤酸化等问题,在萌芽林、新植林同时开展试验,分别施用复合微生物肥料1(N∶P2O5∶K2O=14∶6∶12,枯草芽孢杆菌十月交冻样类芽孢杆菌有效活菌数≥2.0 CFU·g-1,下称“肥料1”)、复合微生物肥料2(N∶P2O5∶K2O=14∶4∶8,枯草芽胞杆菌十月交冻样类芽孢杆菌有效活菌数≥2.0 CFU·g-1,下称“肥料2”)和常规化肥,比较3种肥料处理下桉树生长及土壤微生态的差异。结果表明:肥料1、肥料2对桉树促生效果和林地改良效果优于常规化肥,且折纯NPK投入量分别减少15.8%、31.6%。与常规化肥相比,施肥24个月后肥料2对萌芽林促生效果更好,胸径、树高提高11.2%、7.5%;肥料1对新植林促生效果更好,胸径、树高提高13.8%、10.5%;复合微生物肥料可促进土壤有机物降解为腐殖质,提升微生物菌群数量,提高土壤养分,显著缓解土壤酸化。综合可知,复合微生物肥料可以替代化肥用于桉树人工林种植,具有减肥增效、提升土壤肥力的作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the reduction of chemical fertilizer and provide new fertilizer for ecological forest management, and improve the soil acidification of Eucalyptus forest land, the experiments were carried out in the sprouting forest and the newly-planted forest at the same time, the compound microbial fertilizer 1 (N∶P2O5∶K2O=14∶6∶12, effective viable bacteria count of Paenibacillus in October frozen sample of Bacillus subtilis≥2.0 CFU·g-1, hereinafter referred to as ″Fertilizer 1″), the compound microbial fertilizer 2 (N∶P2O5∶K2O=14∶4∶8, effective viable bacteria count of Paenibacillus in October frozen sample of Bacillus subtilis≥2.0 CFU·g-1, hereinafter referred to as ″Fertilizer 2″) and the conventional chemical fertilizer were applied respectively to compare the differences of Eucalyptus growth and soil microecology under the three fertilizer treatments. The results showed that Fertilizer 1 and Fertilizer 2 had better growth promotion and forest land improvement effects on Eucalyptus than the conventional fertilizers, and the amount of converted NPK was reduced by 15.8% and 31.6%, respectively. Compared with the conventional chemical fertilizer, Fertilizer 2 had better growth-promoting effect on the sprout forest after 24 months of fertilization, and the diameter at breast height and plant height increased by 11.2% and 7.5%, respectively. The growth-promoting effect of Fertilizer 1 on the newly-planted forest was better, and the diameter at breast height and plant height increased by 13.8% and 10.5%, respectively. The compound microbial fertilizer could promote the degradation of soil organic matter into humic substance, increase the number of microbial flora, improve the soil nutrients, and significantly alleviate the soil acidification. It could be concluded that the compound microbial fertilizer could replace chemical fertilizer for planting the Eucalyptus plantation, which had the effect of reducing weight and increasing efficiency and also improving the soil fertility.
