Abstract:
In order to standardize the processing of
Polygonatum cyrtonema tea, by using the equipments of modern steaming and drying. According to the practice, the technical regulations for the origin processing of
P.cyrtonema tea was formed. The technologies such as steaming, moistening and drying in the processing of
P.cyrtonema tea were optimized. Then, the key technologies mainly including the place selection, harvesting time and method, pretreatment technology, nine-time steaming process and other supporting technologies for the origin processing of
P.cyrtonema tea were summarized and standardized. The high-quality
P.cyrtonema tea could be obtained through the modern processing technology. This technical regulations could provide reference for the origin processing and production of
P.cyrtonema tea in Fujian Province.
