Abstract:
In order to explore more lipase-producing strain resources, 324 fungal strains were isolated and screened from the plants in seawater, coastal wetland & mud soil and coastal areas by high throughput through the olive oil plate detection (transparent circle observation). Forty-eight candidate lipase-producing strains were screened on the plate with pH 9.4. Through the ITS sequence analysis, 12 strains were preliminarily identified as
Fusarium, Penicillium, Cladosporium, Alternaria, etc., most of which were
Cladosporium and
Penicillium. The fermentation broth of the two strains (#89 and #260) cultured for 24 h was further detected by using the titration method of sodium hydroxide. The lipase activity produced by #89 strain was (6.92±2.40) U·mL
-1, and the lipase activity produced by #260 strain was (7.67±1.70) U·mL
-1.
