宁德市优质糯玉米品种的筛选与评价

    Screening and Evaluation of the Varieties of Waxy Corn with High Quality in Ningde City

    • 摘要: 为筛选出适合宁德地区推广种植的糯玉米品种,从福建省农业科学院作物研究所引进20个优质糯玉米品种,以苏玉糯5号为对照,在宁德蕉城区钟洋村开展田间引种试验,从田间农艺性状、产量、抗病性以及蒸煮品质等方面对参试糯玉米品种进行综合评价。结果表明:华闽甜糯1号、闽甜糯397、闽甜糯7号、荟甜糯2号、闽花糯136号等5个糯玉米品种田间产量分别达16 852.6、16 397.1、16 397.1、16 397.1、18 674.5 kg·hm-2,比对照增幅42.3%、38.5%、38.5%、38.5%、57.7%,蒸煮品种综合得分为92、91、91、92、90分,高于其他参试品种;抗病性强,未发生大斑病、小斑病、锈病、纹枯病、茎腐病感染情况。研究认为华闽甜糯1号、闽甜糯397、闽甜糯7号、荟甜糯2号、闽花糯136号5个优质糯玉米品种产量高、抗性强、口感优,适合在宁德地区推广种植。

       

      Abstract: In order to screen out the varieties of waxy corn which were suitable for being planted in Ningde area, 20 varieties of waxy corn with high quality were introduced from the Crop Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. By taking Suyunuo No.5 as the control group, the introduction experiment in the field was carried out in Zhongyang Village, Jiaocheng District, Ningde City, and then the agronomic characters, yield, disease resistance and cooking quality of the tested waxy corn varieties were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that: the yield of the five varieties of waxy corn in the field, including Huamintiannuo No.1, Mintiannuo No.397, Mintiannuo No.7, Huitiannuo No.2 and Minhuanuo No.136 was 16 852.6, 16 397.1, 16 397.1, 16 397.1 and 18 674.5 kg·hm-2, respectively, which was 42.3%, 38.5%, 38.5%, 38.5% and 57.7% higher than that of the control group. The comprehensive score of the cooking varieties was 92, 91, 91, 92 and 90, respectively, which was higher than that of other tested varieties. The varieties had strong disease resistance, and there was no infection such as leaf blight disease, small spot disease, rust disease, sheath blight disease and stem rot. The results showed that the five varieties of waxy corn with high quality including Huamintiannuo No.1, Mintiannuo No.397, Mintiannuo No.7, Huitiannuo No.2 and Minhuanuo No.136 had high yield, strong resistance and good taste, which were suitable for being planted in Ningde area.
