Abstract:
By taking
Cyclobalanopsis pachyloma in Wuyanling National Nature Reserve of Zhejiang Province as the object, the plant species, quantitative composition, tree height, and diameter at breast height in forest community were comprehensively investigated and systematically studied by using the standard plot method. The results showed that there were 102 species of plants in the forest community, belonging to 46 genera and 43 families. The vertical structure of the community was obvious, with the dominant tree species in the arbor layer being
Cyclobalanopsis pachyloma and
Castanopsis eyrei, and the dominant species in the shrub layer being
Rapanea neriifolia, Alyxia sinensis, Itea chinensis var. oblonga, and
Syzygium austrosinense. The dominant species in the herb layer were
Diplopterygium glaucum. The life form of plants in the community was dominated by the phanerophytes, accounting for 88.4%. The geographical components were dominated by the northern temperate distribution, accounting for 22.0% of the total genera, such as
Rhododendro, Fagus, and
Spiraea. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Simpson dominance index, and Pielou evenness index of the arbor layer plants in the community were all higher than those of plants in the shrub layer and herbaceous layer. The tree height structure of the community was skew-normal distribution, and the diameter structure was ″inverse J-shaped″. In summary, the community of
Cyclobalanopsis pachyloma had high stability, good regeneration status, and was able to steadily evolve and develop.
