Abstract:
In order to screen the best compound fungicide for the prevention and control of glutinous yam anthracnose in Shaxian County, the control effect of different compound combinations on glutinous yam anthracnose in Shaxian County was evaluated by using the field efficacy trials in the early stage of yam anthracnose occurring (only sporadic leaves infected). The results showed that: 10% difenoconazole + 30% pyraclostrobin had the best comprehensive control effect against yam anthracnose. In the early stage of anthracnose occurring, the control effect of the first, second and third application of its 2000 times solution was 56.81%, 74.53% and 86.12%, respectively, with the longer effective duration, and the yield was 25.89% higher than that of the control group. The first, second and third application of 30% pyraclostrobin + 25% propiconazole at the early stage of anthracnose occurring also had good control effect, but the effective duration was shorter. Among them, the first application of 10% difenoconazole + 25% propiconazole had the best control effect at the early stage of anthracnose occurring, with the prevention and control effect of 57.82%. However, the second and third application of it had the poor control effect at the early stage of anthracnose occurring. According to the comprehensive evaluation, the combination of 10% difenoconazole and 30% pyraclostrobin had obvious synergistic effect on the prevention and control of glutinous yam anthracnose in Shaxian County. The results could provide reference for the field prevention and control of glutinous yam anthracnose in Shaxian County.
