Abstract:
As the fifth largest planting industry in China, the cultivation of edible fungi not only promotes the development of agricultural economy in various regions, but also faces many problems. Firstly, through the research on the operational status of edible fungi enterprises and individual growers in Youxi County of Fujian Province, where was the main producing area of edible fungi, the existing problems and causes in the current edible fungi industry were revealed. Secondly, the cost-income ratio and economic benefits of different types of edible fungi in Youxi County were analyzed. Based on this analysis, the seasonal models and the HP filtering method were used to analyze the price fluctuations of different types of edible fungi in Youxi County. Finally, the grey relational degree model was used to explain the impact of the related indicators on the price and yield fluctuations of edible fungi. The research results revealed that the existence of seasonal fluctuations was common in the production of edible fungi. The influencing factors for different types of edible fungi were different, and there was high correlation between the price, resident population, and the yield of various varieties.
