Abstract:
Daqu pests were the generic term for a class of pests that endangered the wine-brewing Daqu, with
Cryptolestes turcicus and
Araecetus fasciculatus as the dominant populations. Daqu pests could not only cause losses to the quality of Daqu, but also affect the production and living environment. By analyzing the species and hazards of Daqu pests in the wine-brewing Daqu, four control methods of Daqu pests were summarized, including chemical control, physical control, biological control and process control, and then the advantages and disadvantages of different control methods and technologies were discussed. Last, the future control prospect of Daqu pests was prospected, in order to provide reference for the control of Daqu pests in the wine-brewing Daqu.
