    泉州地区花生新品种(系)引进、鉴定与分析

    Introduction, Identification and Analysis of New Peanut Varieties(Lines)in Quanzhou Area

    • 摘要: 为筛选出适合福建花生区种植的优质花生新品种(系),对引进的8个花生新品种(系)进行产量、特征特性、抗病(逆)性和品质等方面的比较试验。结果表明:桂花376的干荚果产量和籽仁产量均最高,分别为3 805.05 kg·hm−2和2 430.00 kg·hm−2,比湛油75(CK)增产20.60%和21.96%,差异均达显著水平。各品种(系)的耐涝性表现均为强,中抗锈病。莆花66蛋白质含量最高,为29.24%,可作为高蛋白亲本材料加以利用;桂花376 油酸含量为78.96% ,可作为高油酸亲本材料加以利用。综合可知桂花376综合表现最好,可在福建地区进一步加大推广种植。

       

      Abstract: In order to screen out the high-quality new peanut varieties (lines) suitable for being planted in the peanut area of Fujian, the yield, characteristics, disease (stress) resistance and quality of 8 introduced new peanut varieties (lines) were compared. The results showed that the dry pod yield and kernel yield of Guihua 376 were both the highest, which were 3 805.05 kg·hm−2 and 2 430.00 kg·hm−2, respectively, which were 20.60% and 21.96% higher than those of Zhanyou 75 (CK). All the varieties (lines) showed strong waterlogging tolerance and moderate rust resistance. Puhua 66 had the highest protein content of 29.24%, which could be used as a parent material with high protein. The oleic acid content of Guihua 376 was 78.96%, which could be used as a parent material with high oleic acid. The comprehensive analysis showed that Guihua 376 had the best comprehensive performance and could be further promoted and planted in Fujian.
