    优质香稻三系不育系兴谷A的选育与应用

    Breeding and Utilization of High-quality Aromatic CMS Line Xinggu A in Rice

    • 摘要: 兴谷A是用长粒优质保持系泰丰B与浓香型优质保持系野香B杂交,F1 代与杉谷B复交,F3代选谷粒细长、柱头外露率高、株形好的优良单株与杉谷A测交,后经连续多世代抗稻瘟病、米质、育性筛选和回交转育,育成育性稳定的优质三系香稻不育系兴谷A。该不育系具有香味浓郁、配合力强、株叶形好、分蘖力强、异交结实高等特点,组配的杂交香稻组合兴谷优628( 兴谷A×荟恢628)丰产性好,米质优。兴谷A于2024年1月通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会技术审定。

       

      Abstract: Xinggu A was a hybrid of long-grain high-quality maintainer line Taifeng B and strong-flavor high-quality maintainer line Yexiang B. The F1 generation was crossed with Shangu B, and the F3 generation was selected to cross with Shangu A, which had slender grains, high chapiter exposure percentage and good plant shape. After the successive generations of rice blast resistance, rice quality, fertility screening and back-crossing breeding, a high-quality aromatic CMS Line Xinggu A with stable fertility was bred. The sterile line had the characteristics of strong fragrance, strong combining ability, good plant shape and phylliform, strong tillering ability and high heterotic cross seeding rate. The hybrid combination of aromatic rice, Xingguyou 628 (Xinggu A×Huihui 628) had good yield and good rice quality. It was technically approved by Fujian Crop Variety Approval Committee in January, 2024.
