外源水杨酸对淹水胁迫下有棱丝瓜幼苗生理特性的影响

    Effects of Exogenous Salicylic Acid on the Physiological Characteristics of Luffa acutangula Seedlings Under Waterlogging Stress

    • 摘要: 为探明外源水杨酸(SA)对有棱丝瓜幼苗耐涝的调控作用,对金福15号花点有棱丝瓜采用叶面喷施0.5(SA0.5)、1.0(SA1.0)、1.5(SA1.5)、2.0(SA2.0) mmol·L−1 水杨酸溶液,研究淹水胁迫下其对幼苗生长及其生理代谢的影响。结果表明:与对照组CK(未淹水+未喷施SA)相比,淹水胁迫下有棱丝瓜幼苗的根长、株高以及鲜质量均显著降低,喷施SA后,各农艺性状指标的下降幅度减小,其中喷施1.5 mmol·L−1SA幼苗的根长、株高较淹水对照CK1(淹水+未喷施SA)分别提高19.0%、12.3%;喷施 2.0 mmol·L−1 SA的幼苗鲜重、干重较CK1分别提高9.0%和19.2%。淹水胁迫下幼苗叶片膜脂过氧化物含量升高,而喷施SA可显著降低MDA、H2O2含量。与CK1相比,喷施1.5 mmol·L−1 SA幼苗叶片的SOD、CAT活性最高,分别升高37.5%和52.18%,喷施2.0 mmol·L−1 SA幼苗叶片的POD活性最高,比CK1升高78.1%。结合各指标隶属函数值综合评价,喷施不同浓度SA在抗涝性方面的强弱顺序为:SA1.5>SA2.0>SA1.0>SA0.5>CK1,其中喷施1.5 mmol·L−1和2.0 mmol·L−1SA处理在得分上较为接近,表明这两个处理在抗涝性方面表现相似。综合比较,喷施1.5 mmol·L−1 SA 的效果最好。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the regulatory effect of exogenous salicylic acid (SA) on the waterlogging tolerance of Luffa acutangula Roxb. seedlings, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 mmol·L−1 salicylic acid solution was sprayed on the leaves of Luffa acutangula Jinfu No.15. Then, the effects of salicylic acid solution on the seedling growth and physiological metabolism under the waterlogging stress were studied. The results showed that: the root length, plant height and fresh weight of Luffa acutangula seedlings under the waterlogging stress were significantly lower than those of the control group CK (non flooding + no external application of SA). After spraying the exogenous salicylic acid, the decreasing range of various agronomic traits decreased. The root length and plant height of seedlings sprayed with 1.5 mmol·L−1 SA were increased by 19.0% and 12.3% compared with the control group CK1 (flooding + no external application of SA), respectively. The fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings sprayed with 2.0 mmol·L−1 SA were increased by 9.0% and 19.2% compared with the control group CK1, respectively. The content of membrane lipid peroxide in the leaves of seedlings increased under the waterlogging stress, while spraying the salicylic acid could significantly reduce the content of MDA and H2O2. Compared with CK1 (flooding+no external application of SA), the activities of SOD and CAT in the leaves of seedlings sprayed with 1.5 mmol·L−1 SA were the highest, which were increased by 37.5% and 52.18%, respectively. The activity of POD in the leaves of seedlings sprayed with 2.0 mmol·L−1 SA was the highest, which was increased by 78.1% compared with CK1. Combined with the comprehensive evaluation of the subordinate function values of each index, the order of spraying different concentrations of SA on the waterlogging resistance was as follows: SA1.5 > SA2.0 > SA1.0 > SA0.5 > CK1, and the scores of the two treatments sprayed with 1.5 mmol·L−1 and 2.0 mmol·L−1 SA were relatively close, indicating that the two treatments performed similarly in terms of waterlogging resistance. The comprehensive comparison showed that, the effect of spraying 1.5 mmol·L−1 SA was the best.
