Abstract: Through years of practice and research on the tissue culture and rapid propagation technology of Polygonatum cyrtonema, a comprehensive set of technical regulations had been summarized. This regulation covers the terminology and definitions of tissue culture and rapid propagation, workshop design, tissue culture production process, seedling refinement and transplantation, quality grading standards, as well as technical specifications for key links such as packaging, labeling, and transportation. This technical specification could provide reference for the industrial production of multi flowered Polygonatum cyrtonema tissue culture seedlings.
