    Research on Optimization Strategies for Collaborative Innovation between Government, Institute, and Enterprises from the living together Theory

    • 摘要: 政科企协同创新是产学研协同创新的高级形式和当今科技创新的新范式。从共生理论的视角,在阐述共生理论与政科企协同创新的契合性基础上,开展政科企协同创新的共生系统分析,剖析了政科企协同创新存在的制约因素,进而提出政科企协同创新的优化策略,推动建立政府部门、农业科研院所和企业等多方参与、高效协同、利益共享的长效机制。

       

      Abstract: Collaborative innovation between government,Institute, and enterprise is a new paradigm of technological innovation today. This article, from the perspective of living together Theory, elaborates on the compatibility between symbiosis theory and collaborative innovation between government, Institute, and enterprises. Based on this, a symbiosis system analysis is carried out to analyze the existing constraints, and optimization strategies are proposed to promote the establishment of a long-term mechanism of multi-party participation, efficient collaboration, and benefit sharing among government departments, institutions, and enterprises.
