GA4对铁皮石斛生长、品质及内源激素的影响

    Effects of GA4 on Growth, Quality and Endogenous Hormones of Dendrobium officinale

    • 摘要: 为探究新型赤霉素GA4对铁皮石斛生长发育的调节作用,设置不同浓度GA4处理组,以GA3为阳性对照,清水为空白对照,测定了GA4对铁皮石斛生长、品质相关指标的影响,并以高效液相色谱法测定其生长素(IAA)、赤霉酸(GA3)、玉米素(ZT)这3种内源激素的含量。结果表明:采收期铁皮石斛的株高、株粗、生物量、石斛多糖含量与总量均随施用GA4浓度的升高而增大,GA4 40与GA4 80对铁皮石斛采收期生长与品质的影响最为显著。除株高外,GA4 20与GA4 40处理组其他指标均显著高于同浓度GA3阳性对照与空白对照。相关性分析表明,株粗与生物量是影响铁皮石斛品质的关键生长指标。外源喷施GA4显著影响铁皮石斛IAA、GA3、ZT含量,药后100 d 3种内源激素含量均大幅上升,且显著高于阳性与空白对照。GA4可能是通过调节内源激素打破夏季休眠,引起植株二次生长,从而促进铁皮石斛生长并提高品质。研究结果可为GA4的开发利用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the regulating effect of the new type of gibberellin GA4 on the growth and development of Dendrobium offcinale, the treatment groups with different concentrations of GA4 were set up, with GA3 as the positive control and clean water as the blank control. The effects of GA4 on the growth and quality of Dendrobium offcinale were determined, and the contents of the three endogenous hormones, such as the auxin (IAA), gibberic acid (GA3) and zeatin (ZT) were determined by using the high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the plant height, plant diameter, biomass, polysaccharide content and total content of Dendrobium offcinale increased with the increase of GA4 concentration. GA4 40 and GA4 80 had the most significant effects on the growth and quality of Dendrobium offcinale during the harvest period. Except for the plant height, the other indexes in the treatment groups of GA4 20 and GA4 40 were significantly higher than those in the positive control with the same concentration of GA3 and blank control. The correlation analysis showed that the plant diameter and biomass were the key growth indicators affecting the quality of Dendrobium offcinale. The exogenous spraying of GA4 could significantly affect the contents of IAA, GA3 and ZT in Dendrobium offcinale. The contents of these three endogenous hormones increased significantly after 100 days of the treatment, and were significantly higher than those in the positive and blank controls. GA4 may break the summer dormancy by regulating the endogenous hormones, causing the secondary growth of plants, thereby promoting the growth and quality of Dendrobium offcinale. The results could provide references for the development and utilization of GA4.
