番茄秸秆与猪场沼液联合水热炭化对生物炭性质的影响

    Effects of Co-hydrothermal Carbonization of Tomato Straw and Pig Slurry on the Properties of Biochar

    • 摘要: 利用生物质联合水热炭化用于制备功能性生物炭产品也逐渐成为研究热点。为开发富营养元素的生物炭产品,以番茄秸秆作为原料,分别利用纯水(T1)和沼液(T2)作为液相介质进行水热炭化,分析不同炭化条件对生物炭理化性质和氮素释放量的变化规律。结果表明:番茄秸秆水热法制备生物炭的产率为30.09%~32.24%;番茄秸秆与沼液联合炭化处理(T2)制备生物炭的挥发分、固定碳、全氮和全磷含量分别比以水为液相介质的炭化处理(T1)高1.80%、13.00%、5.51%和14.77%,但有机碳和灰分含量分别降低0.80%、17.02%。两种生物炭的氮素释放量均表现随时间延长呈现增加的趋势,以水为液相介质的炭化处理(T1)制备生物炭前5 h氮素释放量增速比番茄秸秆与沼液联合炭化处理(T2)的高18.4%。

       

      Abstract: The use of biomass combined with the hydrothermal carbonization for the preparation of functional biochar products has gradually become a research hotspot. In order to develop the biochar products rich in nutrients, the tomato straw was used as the raw material, and the pure water (T1) and biogas slurry (T2) were used as the liquid medium for hydrothermal carbonization. The change rules of the physicochemical properties and nitrogen release amount of biochar under different carbonization conditions were analyzed. The results showed that the yield of biochar prepared by the hydrothermal method of tomato straw was 30.09 %−32.24 %. The contents of volatile matter, fixed carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus of biochar prepared by the combined carbonization treatment with tomato straw and biogas slurry (T2) were 1.80 %, 13.00 %, 5.51 % and 14.77 % higher than those in the carbonization treatment with water as the liquid medium (T1), but the contents of organic carbon and ash decreased by 0.80 % and 17.02 %, respectively. The nitrogen release amount of the two types of biochars showed an increasing trend with time. The increase rate of nitrogen release amount in the first 5 hours of biochar prepared by the carbonization treatment with water as the liquid medium (T1) was 18.4 % higher than that by the combined carbonization treatment with tomato straw and biogas slurry (T2).
