间歇好氧−蚯蚓辅助腐熟两段式堆肥化处理猪粪研究

    Study on Intermittent Aerobic and Earthworm Assisted Two-stage Composting Treatment of Pig Manure

    • 摘要: 为了实现猪粪高效地进行资源化利用,提出了间歇好氧—蚯蚓辅助腐熟两段式堆肥化处理工艺,并应用于猪粪、园林落叶与木屑混合物(5∶1∶0.2,质量比)堆肥化处理。通过分析间歇好氧堆肥过程中堆体温度变化,重点对比了自然堆肥和蚯蚓辅助堆肥过程堆料pH、TOC、TN和TP变化规律。结果表明,堆肥温度在第3~12 d进入了高温阶段(>50℃),最高温度达到55℃。堆肥结束时自然堆肥和蚯蚓辅助堆肥堆料pH分别为6.75和6.77;总有机碳含量分别降低至25.4%和21.08%;TN含量分别降至1.84%和1.58%;TP含量分别增加至9.88%和10.13%。到堆肥结束时,蚯蚓在养殖前后质量最大增长量为0.22 g,最小增长量为0.13 g。表明间歇好氧—蚯蚓辅助腐熟两段式堆肥化处理工艺不但可以提高猪粪的稳定化还能培养蚯蚓,提高堆肥过程的经济性。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the efficient resource utilization of pig manure, a two-stage composting process comprised of intermittent aerobic and earthworm assisted composting was proposed and applied to the composting treatment of pig manure, garden leaves and sawdust mixture (5∶1∶0.2, mass ratio). The change rules of pH, TOC, TN and TP of the compost materials in the process of natural composting and earthworm-assisted composting were compared by analyzing the temperature changes of the compost in the process of intermittent aerobic composting. The experimental results showed that the composting temperature entered the high-temperature stage (> 50℃) from the 3 rd day to the 12 th day, with the highest temperature of 55℃. At the end of composting, the pH values of the compost materials in the natural composting and earthworm assisted composting were 6.75 and 6.77, respectively. The total organic carbon content decreased to 25.4% and 21.08%, respectively; The TN content decreased to 1.84% and 1.58%, respectively; The TP content increased to 9.88% and 10.13%, respectively. At the end of composting, the maximum increase in the weight of earthworms before and after breeding was 0.22 g, and the minimum increase was 0.13 g. This indicated that the two-stage composting process comprised of intermittent aerobic composting and earthworm assisted natural composting could not only improve the stability of pig manure but also cultivate the earthworms, thereby improving the economic efficiency of the composting process.
