Abstract:
Shayang Naixiang is an excellent new variety of
Ficus pandurata Hance var.
holophylla bred by Sanming Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 2023, it was authorized by the State Forestry and Grassland Administration for the protection of new plant varieties, with the variety right number of 20230699. In order to further improve the planting efficiency of this variety, the effects of different plant-growth regulators on the cutting survival rate of Shayang Naixiang and the effects of the density and pruning measures on its root yield were discussed. The results showed that: the high concentration of GGR was beneficial to improve the cutting survival rate of Shayang Naixiang. Both the low and high concentrations of indolebutyric and naphthylacetic acid could significantly improve the cutting survival rate of Shayang Naixiang. The lower concentrations of naphthaleneacetic acid and Genpan were beneficial to improve the cutting survival rate of Shayang Naixiang, while the higher concentrations of naphthaleneacetic acid and Genpan would significantly reduce the cutting survival rate of Shayang Naixiang. The four concentrations of indolebutyric and naphthylacetic acid had certain promoting effect on the growth of the above-ground parts of Shayang Naixiang cutting seedlings. When the concentration was 1 g·L
−1, the length of new shoots was 14.4 cm and the stem diameter was 2.2 mm, which were significantly higher than those of the control group. The results showed that the high density planting and shrinkage pruning were beneficial to improve the economic yield of field cultivation of Shayang Naixiang, and the density effect (D) was greater than the pruning effect (P). The suitable planting density in the field was 45 000 plants·hm
−2, or the planting density was 30 000 plants·hm
−2 + shrinkage pruning.
