基于DUS测试指南的蕹菜个体测量性状分析与分组性状筛选

    Analysis of Individual Measurement Traits and Selection of Grouping Traits Based on the DUS Test Guidelines for Water Spinach

    • 摘要: 为制定蕹菜DUS测试个体测量性状分级范围、筛选蕹菜DUS测试指南备选分组性状,以24份蕹菜种质资源为材料,按照蕹菜DUS测试指南的要求开展种植试验并采集数据,统计并分析14个个体测量性状的变异程度、相关性,划分测量性状分级范围并进行主成分分析,筛选DUS测试指南分组性状。结果表明:24份蕹菜的14个个体测量性状在品种内和品种间均存在较大变异,变异系数范围分别为7.14%~17.08%和10.22%~67.9%,其中12个性状的品种间变异大于品种内变异;利用最小显著差法划分14个个体性状的分级范围,作为蕹菜DUS测试性状分级的参考;通过主成分分析得到3个主要因子,贡献率分别为46.43%、25.83%、10.79%,并以此为基础筛选出3个备选分组性状。研究可为蕹菜DUS个体测量性状分级和种质资源分类研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: To establish the grading range of individual measurement traits for water spinach DUS testing and select candidate grouping traits for water spinach DUS testing, a field experiment was conducted with 24 accessions of water spinach germplasm using 14 individual measurement traits according to the requirements of the water spinach DUS testing guidelines. Data were collected and statistical analysis was conducted on the variation and correlation of the 14 individual measurement traits. The measurement traits were divided into grades and principal component analysis was conducted to select candidate grouping traits. The results showed that there was significant variation in the 14 individual measurement traits within and between accessions of water spinach, with a range of 7.14%-17.08% and 10.22%-67.9% for the inter-accession variation of 12 traits being greater than the intra-accession variation. The minimum significant difference method was used to divide the 14 individual traits into grades, which could serve as a reference for the grading of individual measurement traits in water spinach DUS testing. Principal component analysis revealed three principal components, with contribution rates of 46.43%, 25.83%, and 10.79%, respectively, and the three traits were selected as candidate grouping traits based on this analysis. The study can provide reference for the individual measurement trait grading and classification of water spinach germplasm resources.
