Abstract:
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of chitosan composite oligopeptides on growth performance, immunity and intestinal health of
Anguilla rostrata black fry by adding 35 g·kg
−1 oligochitosan small peptide compound preparation to the feed of
Anguilla rostrata black fry, and feeding 60 days at water temperature of 25~29℃ with no addition as control. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average relative growth rate of body weight, the average specific growth rate of body weight and the average feed conversion rate of
Anguilla rostrata black fry were significantly increased(
P<0.05 ). There was no significant effect on antioxidant indexes such as total superoxide dismutase, catalase, total antioxidant capacity and malondialdehyde in liver and intestine(
P>0.05 ). There was no significant effect on complement C3, immunoglobulin M, lysozyme, acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase and total antioxidant capacity in plasma(
P>0.05 ). It could significantly increase the villus height, crypt depth, mucosal thickness, muscle thickness of midgut(
P<0.05). The compound preparation of chitosan composite oligopeptides has a significant promoting effect on the growth, intestinal health and nutrient digestion and absorption of
Anguilla rostrata black fry.
