温室辣椒烟粉虱隐种鉴定及其杀虫剂筛选

    Identification of Cryptic Species of Bemisia Tabaci in Greenhouse Peppers and Screening of Its Insecticides

    • 摘要: 烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci因其严重危害和强抗药性已成为辣椒生产中的顽固害虫。为明确杭州临安区温室辣椒烟粉虱的隐种类型,并筛选有效的防控药剂,对该地区烟粉虱进行分子鉴定和系统发育分析,同时选取了5种不同作用机制的杀虫剂(50%吡蚜酮、25%噻嗪酮、5% d-柠檬烯、17%氟吡呋喃酮和50 g·L−1双丙环虫酯)进行田间药效试验。结果表明:杭州临安区烟粉虱种群属于MED隐种,与中国台湾省和日本高知县地区的MED隐种具有100%的序列相似性,且均属于MED Q1分支;与MEAM1隐种的遗传距离较大,序列相似度为90.2%~90.6%。田间药效试验结果显示50 g·L−1双丙环虫酯和17%氟吡呋喃酮的防效最佳,药后14 d的防效分别达到80.43%和75%以上;而5% d-柠檬烯的防效较差,药后14 d仅为31.94%。研究结果为该地区烟粉虱防控提供了参考依据。

       

      Abstract: Bemisia tabaci has become a stubborn pest in the production of Capsicum annuum due to its serious damage and strong resistance to pesticides. In order to clarify the cryptic species of Bemisia tabaci in the greenhouse pepper in Lin’an District of Hangzhou and screen the effective prevention and control agents, the molecular identification and phylogenetic analysis of Bemisia tabaci in this area were carried out. At the same time, five insecticides with different mechanisms of action (50% pymetrozine, 25% methidathion, 5% d-limonene, 17% flupyradifurone and 50 g·L−1 afidopyropen) were selected for the field efficacy trials. The results showed that: the population of Bemisia tabaci in Lin’an District of Hangzhou belonged to the MED cryptic species, which had 100% sequence similarity with the MED cryptic species in Taiwan Province of China and Kochi Prefecture of Japan, and all belonged to the MED Q1 clade. The genetic distance from the MEAM1 cryptic species was significant, with the sequence similarity ranging from 90.2% to 90.6%. The results of field efficacy test showed that 50 g·L−1 afidopyropen and 17% flupyradifurone had the best control effect, and the prevention effect reached more than 80.43% and 75% respectively after 14 days of application.
