菌根剂对秋葵植株生长和果实发育的影响

    Effect of Mycorrhizal Agent on Growth and Fruit Development of Hibiscus Esculentus

    • 摘要: 为明确菌根真菌对秋葵生长和发育的作用,在盆栽条件下,将秋葵播种在施用30 L德国阿蜜蔻菌根剂的栽培基质中,以不施菌根剂为对照,测定秋葵植株生长和果实发育指标,分析施用菌根剂后对秋葵植株生长和果实发育的影响。结果表明:与不施菌根剂对照相比,施用30 mL菌根剂的秋葵在株高、节间距、叶面积、植株地上部鲜重以及地下部鲜重等指标均有所提高,但不影响叶片中叶绿素a和叶绿素b的相对含量;秋葵生长2~3个月后,施用30 mL菌根剂的秋葵开花和结果提早,且单果重和单果长增加。研究显示菌根剂能促进盆栽秋葵的生长和果实发育,可为菌根剂在秋葵播种育苗以及田间栽培的应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the effect of mycorrhizal fungi on the growth and development of Hibiscus esculentus, the Hibiscus esculentus was sown in the cultivation substrate with 30 L German Amykor mycorrhizal agent under the pot conditions. Then, with no application of mycorrhizal agent as the control group, the indexes of plant growth and fruit development of Hibiscus esculentus were measured, and the effects of mycorrhizal agent on the plant growth and fruit development of Hibiscus esculentus were analyzed. The results showed that: compared with the control group, the plant height, distance between leaves, leaf area, fresh weight of the above-ground part and underground part of Hibiscus esculentus treated with 30 mL of mycorrhizal agent were increased, but the relative contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in leaves were not affected. After the growth for 2-3 months, the flowering and fruiting of Hibiscus esculentus applied with 30 mL mycorrhizal agent were earlier than that without the application of mycorrhizal agent, and the single fruit weight and single fruit length increased. The study showed that the mycorrhizal agents could promote the growth and fruit development of potted Hibiscus esculentus, which could provide reference for the application of mycorrhizal agents in the sowing and seedling of Hibiscus esculentus and its field cultivation.
