优质抗病杂交晚稻古两优6915的选育及应用

    Breeding and Application of Hybrid Late-cropping Rice Guliangyou 6915 with High Quality and Disease Resistance

    • 摘要: 古两优6915系福建省农业科学院水稻研究所用自育的两系不育系古S与自育恢复系福恢6915配组育成的两系杂交稻新品种,2022年通过国家农作物审定委员会审定。2020−2021年参加华南稻区科企水稻联合体感光晚籼组试验,区试全生育期平均117.8 d,比对照吉丰优1002早熟0.8 d,平均产量7707.90 kg·hm−2,比对照吉丰优1002增产2.58%;生产试验全生育期平均114.8 d,比对照吉丰优1002迟熟0.2 d,平均产量7792.5 kg·hm−2,比对照吉丰优1002增产5.10%;中抗(MR)稻瘟病,米质达优质3级。2019−2023年5年平均制种产量达3163.86 kg·hm−2。文章介绍了古两优6915的选育经过、特征特性及栽培制种技术要点,旨在为古两优6915的推广应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Guliangyou 6915 is a new two-line hybrid rice variety developed by the Rice Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences through the combination of the self-bred two-line sterile line Gu S and the self-bred restorer line Fuhui 6915. It was certified by the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2022. From 2020 to 2021, it participated in the test of photoperiod-sensitive late indica group of the South China Rice Area Science and Technology Enterprise Rice Consortium. The average whole growth period in the regional test was 117.8 days, which was 0.8 days earlier than that of the control Jifengyou 1002, and the average yield was 7707.90 kg/hm2, which was 2.58 % higher than that of the control Jifengyou 1002. In the production test, the average whole growth period was 114.8 days, which was 0.2 days later than that of the control Jifengyou 1002, and the average yield was 7792.5 kg/hm2, which was 5.10 % higher than that of the control Jifengyou 1002. It was moderately resistant (MR) to rice blast, and the rice quality reached the 3rd level of high quality. The average seed production yield over 5 years from 2019 to 2023 reached 3163.86 kg/hm2. The breeding process, characteristics, and key points of cultivation and seed production technology of Guliangyou 6915 were introduced, aiming to provide reference for the promotion and application of Gu Liangyou 6915.
