Abstract:
The central government attaches great importance to the reform of the rural homestead system to cope with the challenges of rural “hollowing out” and insufficient supply of urban and rural construction land. As the first national rural homestead system reform pilot county in Fujian. As the first national pilot county for the reform of the rural homestead system in Fujian Province, through the two rounds of reform practice, Jinjiang City has accumulated certain experiences in the confirmation, empowerment and activation of homestead rights, and formed the “Jinjiang model” with the demonstration significance through the country. Based on the practical investigation of the rural homestead system reform in Jinjiang City, the main contents of the two rounds of reform were sorted out, and the existing practices and experiences were summarized. Then, through the in-depth analysis of the reform results and existing problems, the future development trends of the reform pilots were discussed, and the optimization suggestions were put forward improve the efficiency of rural homestead resource allocation.
