盐城市加州鲈源气单胞菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

    Isolation, Identification, and Drug Resistance Analysis of Aeromonas spp. fromMicropterus salmoides

    • 摘要: 为调查盐城市加州鲈源气单胞菌的流行规律及耐药情况,从盐城市多个养殖场采集102个加州鲈发病样品用于气单胞菌的分离培养,并采用16S rRNA基因扩增测序法对气单胞菌进行种属鉴定,对气单胞菌的6种毒力基因、4种耐药基因,以及其对8种渔用抗菌药物的敏感性进行了检测。结果表明:从盐城市加州鲈发病样品中共分离鉴定出气单胞菌178株,其中维氏气单胞菌和嗜水气单胞菌分别占比62.36%、20.79%。分离株中毒力基因ahpact的检出率较高,分别为81.46%和78.09%;除ascVepr外,其他4种毒力基因(Hcp、alt、actahp)的检出率均超过44%;耐药基因floRqnrs的检出率较高,分别为37.64%和31.46%;anttetE的检出率较低。气单胞菌分离株对磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶和恩诺沙星的敏感率较高,分别为60.7%、59.6%,对磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠的耐药率最高,为82%。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the prevalence and drug resistance of Aeromonas spp. isolated from Micropterus salmoides in Yancheng, 102 diseased samples of M. salmoides were collected from several farms in Yancheng for isolation and culture of Aeromonas. The species of Aeromonas were identified by 16S rRNA gene amplification and sequencing. Six virulence genes, four drug resistance genes and the sensitivity of Aeromonas to eight antimicrobial agents were detected. The results showed that a total of 178 strains of Aeromonas were isolated and identified from the diseased samples of M. salmoides in Yancheng, of which A. veronii and A. hydrophila accounted for 62.36% and 20.79% respectively. The detection rates of the virulence genes ahp and act were 81.46% and 78.09%, respectively; Except ascV and epr, the detection rates of the other four virulence genes were more than 44%. The detection rates of the antibiotics resistance genes flor and qnrs were high, at 37.64% and 31.46%, respectively; The detection rates of ant and tetE were low. The sensitivity rate of Aeromonas isolates to sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim and enrofloxacin was 60.7% and 59.6%, respectively. The resistance rate to sulfamonomethoxine sodium was the highest, which was 82%.
