化肥减量配施生物有机肥对蕹菜产量、品质及土壤酶活性的影响

    Effect of reducing chemical fertilizers and applying bioological organic fertilizers on the yield, quality, and soil enzyme activity of water spinach

    • 摘要: 为探索化肥减量配施生物有机肥对蕹菜产量、品质及土壤酶活性的影响,采用田间试验,设置4个施肥处理(T1:化肥减量20%+生物有机肥,T2:化肥减量20%+未添加功能菌的有机肥,CK1:单施化肥,CK2:不施肥),分析不同处理对蕹菜生长、产量品质及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:T1蕹菜的株高、根长、叶长、叶宽、产量、品质及土壤酶活性均最优。其中,T1较CK1产量提高12.6%,Vc含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量分别提高27.4%、25.0%、19.0%,硝酸盐含量降低31.0%;土壤碱性磷酸酶活性、过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶活性分别提高17.79%、22.61%、19.26%、35.43%、42.98%,差异均达到显著水平。研究表明化肥减量20%配施生物有机肥可有效提高蕹菜产量、品质及土壤酶活性。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the effects of reducing chemical fertilizers and applying bio organic fertilizers on the yield, quality, and soil enzyme activity of water spinach, field experiments were conducted with four fertilization treatments(T1: 20% reduction in chemical fertilizers+bio organic fertilizers, T2: 20% reduction in chemical fertilizers+organic fertilizers without added functional bacteria, CK1: single application of chemical fertilizers, CK2: no fertilization)to analyze the effects of different treatments on the growth, yield, quality, and soil enzyme activity of water spinach. The results showed that the T1 treatment group had the best plant height, root length, leaf length, leaf width, yield, quality, and soil enzyme activity for water spinach. Among them, the yield of T1 increased by 12.6% compared to CK1; The quality(Vc content, soluble sugar, soluble protein)increased by 27.4%, 25.0%, and 19.0%, respectively, while the nitrate content decreased by 31.0%; The soil enzyme activities(alkaline phosphatase activity, catalase, urease, sucrase, protease)increased by 17.79%, 22.61%, 19.26%, 35.43%, and 42.98%, respectively, with significant differences observed. The results indicate that a 20% reduction in chemical fertilizers combined with the application of bio organic fertilizers can effectively improve the yield, quality, and soil enzyme activity of water spinach.
