抗病香型杂交稻野香优676的特征特性分析及抗倒伏高产栽培试验

    Characteristics Analysis and High-yield Lodging-resistant Cultivation Experiments of Disease-resistant and Aromatic Hybrid Rice Variety Yexiangyou 676

    • 摘要: 野香优676是由福建省农业科学院水稻研究所育成的抗病优质香型三系中籼杂交稻品种。该品种产量高,两年区域试验平均产量为8 612.2 kg·hm−2,比对照Ⅱ优明86增产8.9%,生产试验平均产量为9 060.0 kg·hm−2,比对照Ⅱ优明86增产10.4%,综合评价为抗稻瘟病,稻米品质达到部颁三等优质米标准,米饭口感好,整精米率高,适合用于生产优质高档大米。为系统总结野香优676的高产抗倒伏栽培技术,根据野香优676的主要特征特性及其携带的优异性状相关基因,对不同施氮、施钾水平和烤田方式处理下的小区产量和抗倒伏性状进行差异分析,并根据试验结果总结出适合野香优676的“一轻三重”(即以“轻氮、重钾、重基肥、重烤田”为核心)的高产抗倒伏栽培技术,为该品种在生产上的推广应用提供技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: Yexiangyou 676 is a disease-resistant and high-quality fragrant three-line medium indica hybrid rice variety bred by the Rice Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. This variety had high yield, with an average yield of 8 612.2 kg·hm−2 in the two-year regional trials, which was 8.9% higher than that of the control Eryouming 86. The average yield in production trials was 9 060.0 kg·hm−2, an increase of 10.4% compared to the control Eryouming 86. The comprehensive evaluation showed that it was resistant to rice blast disease, and the rice quality reached the C grade high-quality rice standard issued by the Ministry. The rice had good taste and high rate of polished rice, making it suitable for producing the high-quality and upscale rice. In order to systematically summarize the high-yield and lodging-resistant cultivation techniques of Yexiangyou 676, the differential analysis of yield and lodging resistant traits in different plots under different nitrogen and potassium application levels and soil drying methods was conducted based on the main characteristics and the related genes of its excellent traits carried by Yexiangyou 676. Based on the experimental results, the "one low and three more" high-yield and lodging-resistant cultivation technique suitable for Yexiangyou 676 was determined, which was centered on "low nitrogen, more potassium, more base fertilizer, and reasonable moisture control", providing technical support for the promotion and application of this variety in production.
