栽培密度对两系不育系秝S产量四因素及制种产量的影响

    Effects of Planting Density on Four Factors of Yield and Seed Production Yield of Two-line Sterile Line LI S

    • 摘要: 为明确栽培密度对两系不育系秝S最高苗、产量四因素及制种产量的影响,为秝S的高产制种提供参考。设置5个不同的栽培密度处理,处理A~E的窝距分别为16.5 cm×16.5 cm、16.5 cm×19.8 cm、16.5 cm×23.1 cm、16.5 cm×26.4 cm、16.5 cm×29.7 cm,研究栽培密度对秝S播始历期、最高苗、产量四因素及制种产量的影响。结果表明:秝S最高苗、有效穗数最高的是处理A,分别为383.50万蘖·hm−2和252.50 万穗·hm−2,每穗粒数最高的是处理E,为190.5粒·穗−1,异交结实率、千粒重、制种产量最高的是处理C,分别为53.7%、25.9 g和3909.2 kg·hm−2。不同栽植密度显著影响秝S的最高苗数、有效穗数、每穗粒数及制种产量,最高苗数、有效穗数随栽培密度减少而减少,每穗粒数随栽培密度减少而增加,而异交结实率和千粒重受栽培密度影响较小,制种产量受栽培密度、抽穗期、产量四因素等共同影响,以窝距16.5 cm×23.1 cm最好。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the effect of planting density on the four factors of the highest seedling and yield and seed production yield of two-line sterile line Li S, and provide reference for the high-yield seed production of Li S, five treatments with different planting densities were set up, and the nest spacing of treatments A-E was 16.5 cm × 16.5 cm, 16.5 cm × 19.8 cm, 16.5 cm × 23.1 cm, 16.5 cm × 26.4 cm and 16.5 cm × 29.7 cm, respectively. The effects of planting density on the heading date, maximum seedling, yield and seed production yield of Li S were studied. The results showed that the highest number of seedlings and effective panicles were found in treatment A, which reached 3.835 million tillers·hm−2 and 2.525 million panicles·hm−2, respectively. The highest number of grains per panicle was found in treatment E, which was 190.5 grains per panicle. The highest allogamy fructification rate, thousand seed weight and seed production yield were found in treatment C, which reached 53.7%, 25.9 g and 3909.2 kg·hm−2, respectively. Different planting densities significantly affected the maximum number of tillers, the number of effective panicles, the number of grains per panicle and the yield of seed production. The maximum number of tillers and the number of effective panicles decreased with the decrease of planting density, while the number of grains per panicle increased with the decrease of planting density. The allogamy fructification rate and thousand seed weight were less affected by the planting density, and the seed production yield was affected by the four factors such as planting density, ear sprouting period and yield. The best spacing was 16.5 cm × 23.1 cm.
