Abstract: Under the background of Fujian 's comprehensive rural revitalization in the new era, it is urgent to improve the system of science and technology commissioners, inject new impetus and cultivate new kinetic energy for rural revitalization. This paper systematically sorts out the main practices of deepening the science and technology commissioner system in Fujian and Zhejiang, and reveals the differences in the practice paths of the two provinces through comparative research. The research shows that the Fujian science and technology commissioner system has deficiencies in the five dimensions of system coordination, service depth, industrial coverage, talent matching and incentive evaluation. Based on this, from the four aspects of overall coordination, selection and deployment, industrial chain service, evaluation and incentive, this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions to optimize the Fujian science and technology commissioner system.
