灰黄霉素高产菌株选育及其生物合成研究进展

    Selection of High-yield Griseofulvin Strains and Research Progress of Their Biosynthesis

    • 摘要: 灰黄霉素是经典的聚酮类抗真菌抗生素,在临床治疗皮肤真菌感染及农业生防等领域具有重要应用价值。其工业化生产依赖微生物发酵,但野生菌株产量极低,无法满足市场需求和工业生产要求,高产灰黄霉素菌株的选育是规模化生产的前提。文章总结了灰黄霉素高产菌株选育与发酵优化的技术演进,阐述了其生物合成机制和多组学的研究进展,进一步探讨了基因编辑等现代生物技术在提高产量中的应用前景,为灰黄霉素高效生产提供指导。

       

      Abstract: Griseofulvin is a classic polyketide antifungal antibiotic, which has important application value in the fields of clinical treatment of skin fungal infection and agricultural biocontrol. Its industrial production depended on microbial fermentation, but the yield of wild strains was extremely low, which could not meet the market demand and industrial production requirements. The selection of high-yield griseofulvin strains was the premise of large-scale production. In this paper, the technological evolution of the selection of high-yield griseofulvin strains and fermentation optimization were systematically summarized, the research progress of its biosynthesis mechanism and multiple omics were expounded, and the application prospect of modern biotechnology such as gene editing in improving yield was further discussed, which provided guidance for the efficient production of griseofulvin.
