不同调控措施对油茶园土壤农化性质、活性有机碳含量及腐殖质组成的影响

    Effects of Different Regulation Measures on Soil Agronomic Properties, Labile Organic Carbon Content, and Humus Composition in Camellia Oil Plantations

    • 摘要: 为了评价不同调控措施对宁化县油茶园土壤农化性质、活性有机碳含量及腐殖质组成的影响,设计了5种调控措施:单施炭基有机肥(T1)、单种圆叶决明(T2)、单种多花木蓝(T3)、炭基有机肥+圆叶决明(T4)和炭基有机肥+多花木蓝(T5),以不采取任何调控措施处理为对照(CK)。结果表明:(1)与对照(CK)相比,施用炭基有机肥、植草以及肥草协同调控处理(T2~T5)均显著(P<0.05)提升了土壤pH值、有机质含量、全量和速效养分含量,其中pH值增加0.11~0.39个单位,有机质含量增加7.96%~69.79%,全氮、全磷和全钾含量分别增加159.09%~327.27%、15.71%~104.29%和67.77%~103.62%,碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量分别增加126.00%~299.08%、17.23%~120.95%和58.63%~135.10%。(2)施用炭基有机肥、植草以及肥草协同调控措施均对油茶园土壤活性有机碳产生积极的正向效应。(3)施用炭基有机肥、植草及肥草协同调控措施均可有效提升土壤腐殖质含量及其组分,进而提升土壤有机质含量和品质。综合考虑种植和肥料成本,宁化县油茶园土壤的优化调控措施为:炭基有机肥+圆叶决明,即每株油茶树施用3 kg炭基有机肥(沟施,沟宽和深度均为30 cm),同时种植圆叶决明(条播,株行距均为30 cm)。

       

      Abstract: To evaluate the effects of different regulation measures on the soil agronomic properties, labile organic carbon content, and humus composition of oil tea plantations in Ninghua County, five regulation measures were designed as application of biochar-based organic fertilizer alone(T1), planting Chamaecrista rotundifolia alone(T2), planting Indigofera amblyantha Craib alone(T3), biochar-based organic fertilizer combined with planting Chamaecrista rotundifolia(T4), and biochar-based organic fertilizer combined with planting Indigofera amblyantha Craib(T5), with a control treatment(CK)receiving no regulation measures. The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control(CK), the fertilization, grass planting, and combined fertilization-grass regulation treatments(T2–T5)all significantly(P<0.05)increased soil pH value, organic matter content, and total and available nutrient contents. Specifically, soil pH value increased by 0.11–0.39 units, organic matter content by 7.96%–69.79%, total nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium contents by 159.09%–327.27%, 15.71%–104.29% and 67.77%–103.62%, respectively, and available nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium contents by 126.00%–299.08%, 17.23%–120.95% and 58.63%–135.10%, respectively.(2)The application of biochar-based organic fertilizer, grass planting, and combined fertilization-grass regulation had positive effects on soil labile organic carbon in oil tea plantations.(3)The application of biochar-based organic fertilizer, grass planting, and combined fertilization-grass regulation measures increased soil humus content and its components, thereby improving soil organic matter content and quality. Comprehensively considering planting and fertilizer costs, the optimized soil regulation measures for the Camellia oleifera plantation in Ninghua County was biochar-based organic fertilizer with planting Chamaecrista rotundifolia, i.e., applying 3 kg of biochar-based organic fertilizer per Camellia oleifera tree(trench application with a wide and depth of 30 cm), while simultaneously planting Chamaecrista rotundifolia(row sowing with a plant and row spacing of 30 cm).
