黑脊倒刺鲃早期发育生物学与遗传育种研究进展

    Research Progress on Early Developmental Biology and Genetic Breeding of Spinibarbus Caldwelli

    • 摘要: 黑脊倒刺鲃是我国南方重要的淡水经济鱼类,产业发展面临种质退化和基础研究薄弱等挑战。文章系统梳理了该鱼种在早期发育生物学与遗传育种两个核心领域的研究进展。在早期发育生物学方面,现有研究聚焦于原始生殖细胞的起源与迁移路径,并对vasananosScp3等生殖发育关键调控基因,以及MC4RMC5RMSTN等生长、代谢相关基因的功能进行了初步探索。在遗传育种方面,基于RAPD、微卫星及线粒体DNA等分子标记的研究,揭示了不同地理群体的遗传多样性与分化状况,为种质资源评估提供依据。文章结合基因组学与分子育种技术发展趋势,对该鱼未来的研究方向和产业化发展提出了具体建议,旨在为其遗传改良和新品系(种)培育、产业链构建提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Spinibarbus caldwelli, known as the black spine barbel, is a significant freshwater economic fish species in southern China, whose industrial development faces challenges such as germplasm degradation and insufficient fundamental research. The research progress of this species in the two core fields of early developmental biology and genetic breeding was systematically reviewed. In terms of early developmental biology, the current studies focused on the origin and migration patterns of primordial germ cells, and preliminary explorations of the functions of key regulatory genes related to reproductive development (such as vasa, nanos, and Scp3) as well as genes associated with growth and metabolism (such as MC4R, MC5R, and MSTN). In genetic breeding, based on the research on molecular markers such as RAPD, microsatellite and mitochondrial DNA, the genetic diversity and differentiation of different geographical populations were revealed, which provided the basis for germplasm resources evaluation. Based on the development trend of genomics and molecular breeding technology, the specific suggestions for the future research direction and industrialization development of this fish were put forward, aiming at providing reference for its genetic improvement, new strain (species) cultivation and industrial chain construction.
