Abstract:
In order to explore the prevention and control effect of microbial agents on the continuous cropping obstacles of pepper, the pepper variety Zaoxiu was used as the experimental material, and four treatments were set up, including single application of lime as the control (CK) and three biological agents of Lvheng 168 (LH), Taifeng 1 (TF) and Yibingqing (YBQ). Then, the effects of different biological agents on the survival rate, growth index, yield and quality of continuous cropping pepper were studied. The results showed that the survival rates of pepper treated with TF and YBQ were 92.73% and 89.29%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of pepper treated with CK and LH, and the survival rate of pepper treated with LH was only 28.57%. Compared with CK, LH and TF treatments significantly increased the plant height, plant width, stem diameter and leaf chlorophyll content of pepper, among which LH had the strongest growth-promoting effect. The yield of pepper treated with TF was the highest (36506.25 kg·hm
−2), which was 24.5% higher than that of CK, and the soluble protein content of fruit (8.22 mg·g
−1) was significantly higher than that of the other treatments. In summary, Taifeng 1 (TF) had a balanced and excellent performance in promoting growth, ensuring survival, increasing yield and improving quality, and was the optimal biological agent for alleviating the continuous cropping obstacle of pepper, therefore it was recommended to be applied in production.
