不同氮磷钾配比对烤烟农艺性状及地老虎发生情况的影响

    The effect of different fertilizer ratios on the agronomic traits of tobacco and the occurrence of cutworms

    • 摘要: 探究氮磷钾肥不同配比对烤烟农艺性状及地老虎发生情况的影响,筛选出兼顾烟株优良农艺性状与有效控制地老虎危害的最优施肥方案,为高原烟区科学施肥提供参考依据。2025年在丽江市宁蒗县(海拔2 161 m)以云烟99为供试品种,采用氮磷钾三因素五水平二次正交回归设计开展田间试验,共设17个处理、3次重复,测定烟株株高、叶片数、最大叶长、最大叶宽及地老虎发生指数,建立二次多项式回归模型并利用95%置信区间叠加法筛选最优施肥方案。结果表明:不同施肥处理对各指标均存在显著影响(P<0.05)。T9处理株高最高(119.87 cm),T11处理叶片数最多(18片),T6处理最大叶长(65.43 cm)和叶宽(35.17 cm)均最大,T5处理地老虎发生指数最低(1.28)。回归模型相关系数R为0.835 0~0.969 3,拟合度较高;株高主要受氮肥和磷肥影响,叶片数对钾肥响应最强,最大叶长和叶宽需氮磷钾协同配合,地老虎发生指数与氮肥用量关系最为密切。综合烤烟各指标95%置信区间叠加分析,兼顾烟株农艺性状优良与地老虎危害有效控制的最优施肥方案为氮肥96.75 kg·hm2、磷肥84 kg·hm2、钾肥157.5 kg·hm2

       

      Abstract: To investigate the effects of different nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizer application rates on the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco and the occurrence of cutworms, and to select the optimal fertilization scheme that balances superior tobacco agronomic traits with effective cutworm control, providing a theoretical basis for scientific fertilization in plateau tobacco regions. In 2025, a field experiment was conducted in Ninglang County(elevation 2161 m)of Lijiang City using Yunyan 99 as the test variety. A three-factor, five-level second-order orthogonal regression design was employed, with 17 treatments and three replications. Measurements included plant height, leaf number, maximum leaf length, maximum leaf width, and cutworm occurrence index. A second-order polynomial regression model was established, and the optimal fertilization scheme was selected using the 95% confidence interval superposition method. Different fertilization treatments significantly influenced all measured indicators(P<0.05). Treatment T9 exhibited the highest plant height(119.87 cm), T11 showed the greatest leaf number(18 leaves), T6 achieved the maximum leaf length(65.43 cm)and leaf width(35.17 cm), while T5 demonstrated the lowest cutworm occurrence index(1.28). The regression model had correlation coefficients(R)ranging from 0.8350 to 0.9693, indicating high fitting accuracy. Plant height was primarily affected by nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers, leaf number responded most strongly to potassium fertilizer, while maximum leaf length and width required coordinated nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium inputs. The cutworm occurrence index was most closely related to nitrogen fertilizer application. Based on a comprehensive 95% confidence interval superposition analysis of all indicators, the optimal fertilization scheme balancing superior tobacco agronomic traits and effective cutworm control was determined to be 96.75 kg·hm−2of nitrogen fertilizer, 84 kg·hm−2 of phosphorus fertilizer, and 157.5 kg·hm−2 of potassium fertilizer.
