新型肥料对福建冬种马铃薯产量、品质及土壤理化性质的影响

    Effects of new-type fertilizers on yield, quality and soil physicochemical properties of winter potato in Fujian

    • 摘要: 为明确新型肥料在福建冬种马铃薯生产中的应用效果,以闽薯2号为材料,设置不施肥对照、常规施肥及4个新型肥料处理,通过田间小区试验分析不同施肥处理对马铃薯产量、品质及土壤理化性质的影响。结果表明:施肥处理较不施肥对照马铃薯的总产量提高2.8%~19.3%,商品薯产量提高7.2%~24.9%。其中,生物有机肥配施缓释高钾肥处理的产量与常规施肥无显著差异,但块茎钾含量显著提高6.6%~7.3%,且在土壤碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量上表现最优。缓释高钾肥明显提升了土壤速效钾含量,控释效果突出;单施生物有机肥则有助于维持土壤pH稳定并提升有机质含量,而常规化肥处理导致土壤pH显著下降。综上,生物有机肥与缓释高钾肥配施可在稳产的基础上改善块茎营养品质,同时增加土壤有机质和速效钾含量,对缓解土壤酸化、提升土壤肥力具有积极作用。

       

      Abstract: To clarify the application effects of new-type fertilizers on winter-planted potato production in Fujian Province, this study used Minshu 2 as the test material and established six treatments: a no-fertilizer control, a conventional fertilization treatment, and four new-type fertilizer treatments. Field plot experiments were conducted to analyze the effects of different fertilization treatments on potato yield, quality, and soil physicochemical properties. The results showed that compared with the no-fertilizer control, the fertilization treatments increased total yield by 2.8%–19.3% and marketable tuber yield by 7.2%–24.9%. Among these, the treatment combining bio-organic fertilizer with slow-release high-potassium fertilizer showed no significant difference in yield from the conventional fertilization treatment, but significantly increased tuber potassium content by 6.6%–7.3%, and performed best in terms of soil alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium contents. The application of slow-release high-potassium fertilizer significantly increased soil available potassium content, demonstrating a notable slow-release effect. The sole application of bio-organic fertilizer helped maintain soil pH stability and increase organic matter content, whereas the conventional chemical fertilizer treatment led to a significant decrease in soil pH. In summary, the combined application of bio-organic fertilizer and slow-release high-potassium fertilizer can maintain yield levels while improving tuber nutritional quality, and simultaneously increase soil organic matter and available potassium contents, thereby playing a positive role in alleviating soil acidification and enhancing soil fertility.
