Abstract:
In order to screen out high-yield and high-quality soybean varieties suitable for popularization and cultivation in Zhangping City, Fujian Province, a provincial soybean regional trial was conducted at Zhangping City Improved Variety Breeding Farm in 2025. Using Huaxia 10 as the control variety, 11 summer soybean varieties were introduced as test materials. The study systematically investigated the growth characteristics, agronomic traits, yield components, disease resistance and regional adaptability of each soybean variety. The application value of the varieties was comprehensively evaluated through yield variance analysis and SSR multiple comparison. The results showed that all tested varieties exhibited good ecological adaptability and moderate maturity. Hongfu 819 showed a significant yield increase compared with the control, while Huaxia 45 and Fuxiadou 8 demonstrated excellent comprehensive performance. Quanxia 2024-1, Fuxiadou 11 and Fuxiadou 12 showed significant yield reduction compared with the control. Based on comprehensive comparison, it is recommended that Hongfu 819, Huaxia 45 and Fuxiadou 8 be entered into the next year's production trial; Funong RBC-2 and Funong RBC-1 continue to participate in the next year's regional trial; Huaxia 48 and Puxiadou 3 be continued for observation in the next year; and Quanxia 2024-1, Fuxiadou 11 and Fuxiadou 12 be discontinued.
