Abstract: In this study, we introduced the sense perception, taste, safety and health indicators, and requirement for production area, and summarized the key technique points of high-yield cultivation techniques for fresh-eating sweet potato, which included the selection of healthy seed potato without pest and disease, nursing of disease-free seedling, plant colonization at suitable period and density, strengthening field management during growth, pests and diseases control and harvest in time.
