Abstract: Professional tobacco baking can reduce productive cost of tobacco growers, improve the quality of baked tobacco leaf, reduce capital investment of baking facilities, is the inevitable trend to change the traditional tobacco production to modern tobacco agriculture. This paper summarized the organization mode and existing problems of professional tobacco baking in Sanming City, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
