Abstract:
A field efficacy experiment was conducted to study the effects of 80% pymetrozine·nitenpyram WG on controlling rice planthopper, with 25% buprofezin WP as control. The results showed that 80% pymetrozine·nitenpyram WG could efficiently control blown planthopper and white-blacked planthopper in paddy field with high speed, long term and high safety. When the dosage was at 12 g per 667 m
2, the control efficacy reached 84.97%, 89.19%, 91.26%, 92.28%, respectively at 3, 7, 14, and 21 d after application, which were significantly higher than that of 25% buprofezin WP, it showed that 80% pymetrozine·nitenpyram WG could be widely applied in production.
