Abstract: Direct seeding rice need no raising seedlings, no transplanting and had some advantages in labor savings, cost savings and low labor intensity. So it was welcome by many farmers. This paper introduced planting performance and cultivation techniques of “Huanghuazhan” as direct seeding rice in Sha County, Fujian Province.
