Abstract: Garden scenery engineering is the most artistic construction in the modern urbanization. This paper summarized the difficulties existing in the landscape construction process, i.e. complex in technology integration, low efficiency of management coordination, poor controlling capacity of project period, engineering project changed frequently and unsatisfactory effect, etc. And some management countermeasures were also proposed: to make foreseeable construction technology, to mobilize the innovation by entire staff, to implement humanized management, to practice comprehensive monitoring and to improve the management in construction project, etc.
