Abstract: Hybrid rice variety “Zhongzheyou 2838” was introduced into Zhaoan County as early and late rice in 2009, showing suitable growth period, moderate plant type, big ear with more grains, high yield and high quality. Some cultivation measures should be taken including timely sowing, strong seedlings, rational planting density, scientific management of fertilizer and water and comprehensive control of disease and pests for high and stable yield.
