    Effectiveness and measures of pushing on supervision and management for rural “3-endowment” ——Taking Qingzhou Town of Sha County as an example

    • 摘要: 总结三明市沙县青州镇采取建机构、定制度、重监督等措施对“三资”监管所取得的成效,并提出确保农村集体资产资源保值增值的相关措施。

       

      Abstract: Summarizing practices, such as the organization construction, rule establishment, strengthening the supervision, “3-endowment(fund, assets and resource)” supervision achieved certain effectiveness in Qingzhou Town Sha County. The correlative countermeasures to preserve and increase the value of rural collective assets and resource were also summarized.
