    巴西牵牛组织培养技术初探

    Preliminary probe to tissue culture technology for ipomoea setosa

    • 摘要: 以巴西牵牛试管苗的茎尖为外殖体,对巴西牵牛组织培养技术进行研究,结果表明:巴西牵牛组培苗腋芽生长增殖的最佳培养基为MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L。

       

      Abstract: With shoot tip of Ipomoea setosa plantlet as explants, tissue culture technology for Ipomoea setosa was studied. The results showed that the best culture medium for axillary bud growth of Ipomoea setosa was MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L.
