    食用菌菌渣栽培草菇试验

    A cultivation experiment of straw mushroom using edible fungi residue

    • 摘要: 为进一步挖掘栽培草菇代用料资源,采用金针菇、杏鲍菇、海鲜菇等新鲜菌渣及玉米芯为栽培基质,对草菇品种9715进行代料栽培试验,结果表明:金针菇菌渣栽培草菇产量及生物转化率均比其他处理高,说明金针菇菌渣可作为草菇栽培替代培养料。

       

      Abstract: A cultivation experiment of straw mushroom cv. “9715” was carried out using fresh edible fungi residues of needle mushroom, Eryngii mushroom and seafood mushroom, as well as corncob as cultivation medium in order to explore the potential resource of substitute medium material for culturing straw mushroom. The results showed that the yield and biotransformation rate of straw mushroom using needle mushroom residue were higher than that using other mushrooms residues. In conclusion, needle mushroom residue could be used as substitute material for straw mushroom cultivation.
