    蛹虫草人工栽培研究进展

    Research progress in the artificial cultivation of Cordyceps militaris

    • 摘要: 蛹虫草与冬虫夏草同属异种,主要药用成分与冬虫夏草接近,具有抗炎、抗癌、抗菌、增强免疫力等功效,可作为冬虫夏草的代用品。由于野生蛹虫草的资源有限,人工栽培蛹虫草成为发展趋势。该文综述了蛹虫草的人工固体培养、液体培养、蚕蛹培养等栽培方式的研究进展。

       

      Abstract: Cordyceps militaris belongs to the same genera as Ophiocordyceps sinensis, but in different species, its main pharmacological component is close to that of Ophiocordyceps sinensis, possesses function of anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-bacteria and strengthening the body’s immunity, could be a substitute of Ophiocordyceps sinensis. Because of the resource limitation of wild-growing Cordyceps militaris, the artificial cultivation becomes a developing trend. In this study, we introduced the research progresses in the artificial ways of solid culture, liquid culture and silkworm pupae culture of Cordyceps militaris to provide a reference for the artificial cultivation and industrial development of Cordyceps militaris.
