    1株猪源非脱羧勒克菌的分离与鉴定

    Separation and identification of 1 strain of pig origin Leclercia adecarboxylata

    • 摘要: 从1头根据病理变化初步诊断为副猪嗜血杆菌病的病猪淋巴结中分离到1株革兰氏阴性菌,经生理生化特性鉴定、全自动微生物分析仪生化鉴定、飞行时间质谱仪鉴定和16SrRNA序列分析,确认为非脱羧勒克菌,附加试验结果也与非脱羧勒克菌特性一致。对该菌进行了药敏试验和动物致病性观察,并描述了该菌在不同培养基上的菌落形态特征。

       

      Abstract: A strain of gram-negative bacterium was separated from the lymph node of a diseased pig, which was primarily diagnosed to be infected by Haemophilus parasuis according to the pathological changes. The strain was identified to be Leclercia adecarboxylata according to the physiology and biochemistry characteristics, biochemical analysis by automatic microorganism analyzer, identification results by time-of-flight mass spectrometer, and 16S rRNA sequence analysis, the results with the additional test was also consistent to the characteristics of Leclercia adecarboxylata. In this study, the drug sensitivity and animal pathogenicity of this strain were observed, and the morphological characteristics of the strain on different media were described.
