Abstract: By analyzing the tests on shortcutting the shooting period of fruit-bearing shoots to regulation florescence, the application of thinning and pruning technique on flower clusters, and different water and fertilizer management methods, It was showed that the last ten days of March was the optimum shooting period for fruit-bearing plants and the flower cluster thinning and pruning technique was one of the key techniques for maturation control and highly effective and high yield cultivation, and the reasonable fertilizer and water controlling measures could raise the quality of flower bud differentiation and the fruit yield. In this paper, the highly effective cultivation techniques on maturation control of “Sijimi” longan were also summarized.
